Hotel Polici(es):

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 11 AM. After booking you will be sent an email confirmation with hotel phone number. You can contact the hotel directly for early check-in or late check-out.

Cancellation and Amendment Clauses:

In the event of cancellation of your reservation, cancellation charges plus taxes apply. These charges are as follows: 15 days prior to arrival: 15% per cent of the room tariff per reserved room. 10 days prior to arrival: 30% per cent of the room tariff per reserved room. 05 days prior to arrival: 50% per cent of the room tariff per reserved room. Less than 3 days prior to arrival: 100% per cent of the room tariff per reserved room.

Cancellation and Amendment Clauses for Bookings confirmed during peak season:

90 days prior to arrival: 15% per cent of the room tariff per reserved room. 60 days prior to arrival: 30% per cent of the room tariff per reserved room. 30 days prior to arrival: 100% per cent of the room tariff per reserved room. Less than 3 days prior to arrival: 100% per cent of the room tariff per reserved room. Booking Processing Charges of 10% will be levied on all refunds in addition to Cancellation Charges if any. Refund Amount will be processed within 15 working days from Cancellation Date.

Terms and Conditions:

Guest must be 18 Years of age to check in at the hotels. Proof of Identity would be mandatory at the time of check in, Eg. Passport, Driving Licence, Pancard etc. Early check in / Late check out are subject to availability and Hotel may charge for the same at the time of check out. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that are not part of your meal plan, laundry and room services . The same need to be paid before check out.
